Elias Kokkinos (1953-2002): Born in Larisa. Studied Architecture at the NTUA and Urban Planning at the Univeristy of Edinborough in Scotland. Since 1981, he had been working in urban & regional planning and development projects. He had worked with the Doxiadis Office for 11 years in Libya, the Emirates, Pakistan and Greece. After a period of work as a free-lance consultant, he worked for 6 years at the department of planning and general studies of ATTIKO METRO Co. In the last few years he had been working with the Athens Development Office Co. (ADO) in a large-scale PHARE project in Bulgaria and was an associate of the "AAU-Atelier d' Architecture et d'Urbanisme Athanasios Zoulias & partners" on the development of small residential and tourist units in islands.
